We sent all our sincere Condolences to his wife Pat and his Family

Alan will be remembered as a hardworking CPSG Member.  In addition to his Chairman’s duties, he managed our Facebook page and our publicity Newsletter, developing it from was a double paged A4 Issue, to the smaller A5 20-paged glossy booklet of late.

An Eulogy from Alan’s Family……

Alan/Dad was a wonderful husband, father, Grandad and Great Grandad.  He taught us the importance of kindness, respect for others, and care for animals.  His values and principles will forever be a guiding light in our lives.

He was fiercely passionate about Politics and a dedicated Union Shop-Steward, always pushing for what the working man deserved.  A true working-class hero – not just for those he represented, but for all of us who loved him.

Family and friends meant the world to him.  His home was always open, filled with music, delicious food, and, of course a dance or two.  He embraced life with warmth and joy, creating a welcoming space where laughter and love thrived.

His love for technology and gadgets was legendary.  We all know that if Dad got his hands on one of our latest purchases and liked it, the chances of getting it back were slim to none!

Another of his great passions was photography and writing articles about local news and events.  Seeing his work published in the local papers brought him immense joy and pride.

Later in life, this same enthusiasm and dedication carried over to his tireless work for the Cancer Patients Support Group in Paphos.  As Chairman, he poured his heart and soul into raising funds and helping those in need.  His commitment was unwavering, and we, his family, along with his friends working alongside him, admired his hard work and devotion.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to his dear friends, Dermot, Hazel, Margaret, and Rachel for their unwavering belief in him and their constant support in all that he did.

A Special Thank You also goes to the Nurses and Staff at the PASYKAF Centre.  Your help and support over the past six months have been invaluable, and we simply could not have coped without you.

With love and gratitude,                                                                                                                            Pat, Chris, Linsey, Jackie and the rest of the Clark Clan’
